Browse products on DuuD.ae, view the current product price and availability, reserve your selected item and collect it from a confirmed DUUD showroom. Online card payment and UAE delivery are also available for eligible orders.
Click & Pick Policy Overview
Click & Pick is DUUD's preferred collection service. It allows customers to browse products online, select the required model or variation and arrange collection from a confirmed DUUD showroom.
The product price displayed on DuuD.ae is the current listed price for the selected product or variation. Product availability and the selected pickup location are confirmed before collection.
Customers may pay through the available online checkout methods or complete payment at the showroom when payment upon collection is selected.
Important Pricing Information
The displayed product price will not be changed after the order or reservation has been confirmed.
A delivery charge or optional service charge may apply when selected. Any applicable charge will be shown or communicated separately before the customer confirms payment.
No additional service will be added without the customer's knowledge and approval.
How Click & Pick Works
Follow these steps to reserve and collect your product from a DUUD showroom.
Browse Products
Browse the products available on DuuD.ae and open the relevant product page.
Select the Variation
Select the correct model, colour, storage capacity or other available variation.
Choose Collection
Select Click & Pick and provide the information required to arrange store collection.
Receive Confirmation
Receive confirmation of the product, displayed price, pickup location and expected collection readiness.
Pay and Collect
Pay online or at the selected showroom, receive your invoice and collect the confirmed product.
Available Shopping Options
Customers can choose the fulfilment and payment method available for their order.
Price and Order Transparency
The information required to make a purchasing decision is provided before the order is completed.
Product Price
- The current product price is clearly displayed on the relevant product page.
- The selected variation and its applicable price are shown before checkout.
- The confirmed product price is not increased after the customer places the order.
- Sale prices and promotional conditions are clearly identified where applicable.
- A tax invoice is provided for completed purchases.
Additional Charges
- Click & Pick does not require a delivery charge.
- A delivery charge may apply when delivery is selected.
- Optional services are listed separately from the product price.
- Applicable charges are disclosed before payment.
- Optional services are provided only after customer approval.
Product and Store Availability
Product availability is displayed and updated based on our current inventory information. Availability may be different between individual DUUD showrooms.
A Click & Pick reservation is confirmed after the selected product and collection location have been verified. Customers should wait for confirmation before travelling to the showroom.
When an item becomes unavailable before confirmation, the customer will be informed and may select another available product or cancel the request.

Returns, Refunds and Warranty
Returns and refunds are handled according to DUUD's published Return and Refund Policy. Eligibility may depend on the product condition, activation status, reason for return and applicable warranty conditions.
Customers should retain the original invoice, product packaging, accessories and warranty information.
Warranty coverage and regional specification information are stated on the relevant product page, invoice or warranty document where applicable.
