DuuD.ae is operated by DUUD TELECOM L.L.C. This page explains where we deliver, what delivery costs and how long it usually takes.

Delivery area

We deliver to addresses within the United Arab Emirates only.

Delivery charges

Products marked “Free delivery” on the product page are delivered free of charge.
Other products have a delivery charge of AED 30. The charge applies once per order, not per item.
If your order contains at least one product marked “Free delivery”, the whole order is delivered free of charge.
The delivery charge, or free delivery, is shown in the cart and at checkout before you pay.

Delivery time

Orders are usually delivered within 1-2 working days after payment is confirmed. Delivery can take longer because of address verification, customer availability, courier operations, weather or public holidays. For products marked “Available to order”, we will contact you with the expected delivery date.

Payment

Orders are paid online by card at checkout through our secure payment provider. Cash on delivery is not available. Your order is dispatched after payment is confirmed.

Store pickup

Store pickup is currently paused. All online orders are delivered to the address given at checkout.

Receiving your order

Please check your package when it arrives. If a delivery is incorrect, incomplete or visibly damaged, report it to us within 24 hours of delivery.

Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.
