Introduction

DuuD.ae is operated by DuuD Telecom LLC, a physical mobile phones and consumer electronics retail business operating in the United Arab Emirates.

By accessing DuuD.ae, creating an account, placing an order, reserving a product, making a payment, requesting delivery or purchasing from a DUUD showroom, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms apply together with our published Privacy Policy and Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

Important: Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict any mandatory consumer right available under applicable UAE law.
2

Available Shopping Options

Customers may use the shopping and fulfilment options available for the selected product and location.

  • Order online and pay using an available online card payment method.
  • Order or reserve online and collect through Click & Pick.
  • Pay at a DUUD showroom for eligible Click & Pick orders.
  • Select delivery for eligible products and supported UAE locations.

Not every option may be available for every product, location or order. The available options are shown before the customer confirms the order.

3

Product Information

We aim to provide accurate product names, descriptions, images, specifications, colours, storage capacities, regional versions, warranty information, prices and availability.

Customers must select the correct product variation before ordering. Prices and availability may differ between models, colours, storage capacities, conditions, regional versions and warranty types.

Product images are provided for identification and illustration. Minor differences in packaging, labels or appearance may occur where the supplied item remains the same product and specification.

If the delivered or collected item is materially different from the confirmed order, the customer should contact DUUD promptly and follow the published Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

4

Product Pricing

Product prices are displayed in UAE dirhams (AED). The price shown for the selected product or variation is the current product price.

The product price shown on the product page must remain consistent with the price shown in the cart, checkout and confirmed order, subject only to clearly disclosed promotions or corrections of a genuine technical error.

Choosing online card payment does not by itself change the product price.

A separate charge may apply for delivery or another optional paid service. Any applicable charge will be shown separately before the customer confirms payment.

Applicable taxes and mandatory charges will be included in or clearly displayed as part of the total payable amount before payment.

Pricing Error Procedure

If an obvious technical, system or data-entry pricing error is identified, DUUD will not charge a different amount without the customer’s approval.

DUUD will contact the customer before fulfilment. The customer may accept the corrected price or cancel the affected order and receive a refund of any amount already paid for that order.

5

Orders and Reservations

Online orders

An online order is received when the customer submits the order through DuuD.ae. Receipt of an automated order acknowledgement does not guarantee fulfilment.

The order is confirmed after the selected product, price, payment status and fulfilment method have been verified and DUUD issues an order confirmation.

Unpaid reservations

A reservation made without payment is not a completed purchase. It becomes confirmed when DUUD verifies the product and collection location and sends the customer a reservation confirmation.

The confirmation may state a collection deadline. If the product is not collected within that period, the reservation may be cancelled and the stock released.

6

Payment

Customers may use the payment methods made available for the selected order.

  • Online card payments are processed through an official DUUD-approved payment method.
  • Eligible Click & Pick orders may be paid at the selected showroom.
  • The complete payable amount is shown before payment is submitted.
  • A tax invoice or valid purchase invoice is provided for completed purchases.

Payment may be refused or an order may be held for verification where fraud, unauthorised payment, incorrect information or another security concern is reasonably suspected.

Customers must never share a card PIN, one-time password, online banking password or full sensitive banking credentials through WhatsApp, telephone, email or website messages.
7

Click & Pick

Click & Pick allows customers to order or reserve an eligible product online and collect it from a confirmed DUUD showroom.

The customer should wait until DUUD confirms the product, selected variation, product price, collection location and collection readiness before travelling to the showroom.

Customers may be required to provide the order or reservation number, registered telephone number and reasonable identification when collecting an order.

Click & Pick orders do not carry a delivery charge because the customer collects the product from the selected showroom.

Payment may be completed online or at the showroom when payment upon collection is available.

8

Delivery

Delivery is available for eligible products and supported UAE locations.

Before payment, the customer will be shown or informed of:

  • The delivery availability for the order.
  • Any applicable delivery charge.
  • The supported delivery location.
  • The estimated processing and delivery period.
  • The complete payable order amount.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may be affected by address verification, customer availability, courier operations, weather, government restrictions or other circumstances outside DUUD’s reasonable control.

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, telephone number and any necessary access instructions.

If delivery fails because the customer is unavailable or provided incorrect information, a reasonable redelivery charge may apply. This charge will be communicated before redelivery is arranged.

Customers should report an incorrect, incomplete or visibly damaged delivery promptly through DUUD’s official contact channels.

9

Optional Products and Services

Customers may request additional products or services such as:

  • Home delivery.
  • Device setup assistance.
  • Supported data-transfer assistance.
  • Screen-protection installation.
  • Accessories.
  • Device exchange assistance.
  • Special-order handling.

Each optional product or paid service has a separate price or charge. The applicable amount will be disclosed before it is added to the order.

No optional paid product or service will be added without the customer’s knowledge and approval. Optional service charges do not change the confirmed price of the product itself.

10

Product Availability

Product availability may differ between DUUD showrooms and may change because of normal sales, reservations, stock transfers or inventory updates.

DUUD aims to keep the availability displayed on DuuD.ae accurate and to confirm availability before collection or dispatch.

If a paid product becomes unavailable before fulfilment, DUUD will inform the customer. The customer may:

  • Select a suitable alternative and approve any price difference.
  • Wait for restocking where agreed.
  • Cancel the unavailable item and receive a refund of the amount paid for it.

DUUD will not substitute a different product without the customer’s approval.

11

Product Inspection and Acceptance

Click & Pick customers should check the model, colour, storage capacity, regional specification, visible condition, accessories, warranty information and invoice details before leaving the showroom.

Delivery customers should inspect the external package and verify the product against the order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

Acceptance does not remove any mandatory right relating to a manufacturing defect, incorrect product, undisclosed damage or other issue covered by applicable law or DUUD’s published policy.

12

Warranty

Warranty coverage may differ according to the brand, product, condition, regional specification, supplier and warranty provider.

The applicable warranty type and duration should be stated on the product page, order confirmation, invoice or supplied warranty document.

Warranty claims may require the original invoice, serial number, product inspection and compliance with the warranty provider’s conditions.

Damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, accidental damage, liquid exposure or another excluded cause may not be covered by the product warranty.

13

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled according to DUUD’s published Return, Exchange & Refund Policy and applicable UAE consumer requirements.

The policy explains:

  • The applicable return request period.
  • Eligible and non-eligible product conditions.
  • Requirements for opened or activated devices.
  • Procedures for defective or incorrect products.
  • Required invoices, packaging and accessories.
  • Return methods and applicable return costs.
  • Refund methods and processing periods.

Approved refunds are generally returned through the original payment method unless another lawful arrangement is agreed.

Read the complete policy here: DUUD Return, Exchange & Refund Policy .

14

Order Cancellation

Customers should contact DUUD promptly when they wish to cancel an order.

Cancellation depends on the order status. An order may be cancelled more easily before dispatch, special ordering, product activation, customised setup or collection.

If an order has already been dispatched, delivered, collected, activated or specially ordered, the published return and cancellation conditions will apply.

When DUUD cancels a paid order because the product cannot be supplied, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.

15

Old-Device Exchange and Trade-In

Any online or preliminary exchange valuation is an estimate and is not a guaranteed final purchase value for the customer’s old device.

The final exchange value depends on physical inspection, model, specification, condition, functionality, battery condition, locks, repair history, accessories and market value.

The customer will be informed of the final exchange value before accepting the exchange.

The valuation of an old device is separate from the confirmed selling price of the new product.

16

Pre-orders and Special Orders

Products offered for pre-order or special order will be clearly identified as such.

The applicable product price, deposit requirement, expected availability, payment conditions and cancellation conditions will be communicated before the customer confirms the order.

Launch dates and supplier delivery estimates may change. If a material delay occurs, DUUD will update the customer and provide the available options.

Products without a confirmed price will not be represented as normally available online products with a final purchase price.

17

Promotions and Offers

Promotions may be subject to stated dates, product eligibility, stock availability, customer eligibility, purchase limits and other clearly disclosed conditions.

A promotional price applies only when it is shown for the selected product or variation and the promotion remains valid at the time the order is confirmed.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, separate promotions, gifts, discounts and voucher codes cannot be combined.

18

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Selecting the correct product and variation.
  • Reviewing the displayed price and complete payable amount.
  • Providing correct contact, billing, collection and delivery information.
  • Waiting for Click & Pick confirmation before visiting a showroom.
  • Checking the product and invoice within a reasonable period.
  • Keeping the invoice and applicable warranty documents.
  • Protecting account and payment information.
  • Contacting DUUD promptly when an order problem is identified.
19

DuuD.ae must be used only for lawful and genuine purposes.

The following activities are prohibited:

  • Fraudulent or false orders.
  • Providing intentionally false information.

  • Using DuuD.ae in violation of applicable law.

20

Privacy and Customer Information

Customer information is handled according to DUUD’s published Privacy Policy and applicable requirements.

Information may be used to process orders, payments, reservations, deliveries, customer support, warranty requests, fraud prevention and legally required records.

DUUD does not sell customer personal information to advertisers.

21

Liability and Events Outside Our Control

DUUD will use reasonable care when operating the website, processing orders and providing products and services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, DUUD will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside its reasonable control, including courier disruption, supplier delay, network outage, payment-provider disruption, government restriction, natural events or other force-majeure circumstances.

DUUD is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer, customer misuse, unauthorised product alteration or failure to follow product instructions.

Nothing in this section excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

22

Complaints and Applicable Law

Customers should first contact DUUD through the official contact details below so that the concern can be reviewed and resolved.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any unresolved dispute will be handled by the competent authority or court having jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer rights.

23

Changes to These Terms

DUUD may update these Terms when required because of operational, technical, legal or service changes.

The latest version and its effective date will be published on this page.

Terms applicable to an already confirmed order will not be changed retrospectively in a way that removes the customer’s confirmed purchase rights.
